Rubin discussed how the industry needs to be careful to understand the legal risks associated with launching a crypto company, as many of them don’t understand the full extent of the laws they must abide by in order to operate legally. Rubin emphasized the importance of seeking legal advice before launching any kind of crypto-related project.
